Privacy Policy
ProxyAsap sells shared US HTTP proxies. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep data collection minimal and we never sell or inspect the content of your proxy traffic.
What we collect
| Category | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Account details | The email address and login credentials you register with, plus basic contact details you choose to add to your profile. |
| Billing information | Invoices and payment status. Card and payment details are entered directly with our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers on our systems. |
| Service and auth logs | Minimal records needed to run the service: which proxy ports are assigned to your account, and connection metadata used to authenticate you by IP:PORT:LOGIN:PASSWORD. |
| Support tickets | Messages, attachments, and correspondence you send to our 24/7 support so we can help and keep a record of the request. |
Why we collect it
We only process data for the purposes that keep ProxyAsap running for you:
How we handle proxy traffic
We do not sell, share, or inspect the content of your proxy traffic. The websites you visit and the data you route through our proxies are yours. We do not build profiles from it and we do not hand it to third parties for marketing.
To keep the network healthy and to handle abuse complaints, we retain limited connection metadata — such as timestamps and destination endpoints tied to a port — for a short period. This is used only for abuse handling, security, and legal compliance, and it is discarded on a rolling basis.
Third parties
| Provider | Role |
|---|---|
| Payment gateway | Processes your payment securely. Card details are handled by the processor, not stored by us. The processor receives the information it needs to complete the transaction. |
| WHMCS | Our billing and client management platform, used to hold account records, invoices, and support tickets. |
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share it only with the providers above, or when required by law.
Data retention
Account and billing records are kept for as long as you have an active account and for the period we are legally required to retain financial records afterward.
Connection metadata is retained only briefly for abuse handling and then discarded. Support tickets are kept while they are useful for reference and support history.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the EU GDPR and the California CCPA give you rights over your personal data. We honor these rights for all customers:
To exercise any of these rights, reach us through our contact page. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security
We protect access to accounts and billing data with authentication, encrypted connections, and access controls limited to staff who need it. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep the data we hold safe and to collect as little of it as possible.
