Privacy Policy

ProxyAsap sells shared US HTTP proxies. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep data collection minimal and we never sell or inspect the content of your proxy traffic.

What we collect

Category What it includes
Account details The email address and login credentials you register with, plus basic contact details you choose to add to your profile.
Billing information Invoices and payment status. Card and payment details are entered directly with our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Service and auth logs Minimal records needed to run the service: which proxy ports are assigned to your account, and connection metadata used to authenticate you by IP:PORT:LOGIN:PASSWORD.
Support tickets Messages, attachments, and correspondence you send to our 24/7 support so we can help and keep a record of the request.

Why we collect it

We only process data for the purposes that keep ProxyAsap running for you:

Provisioning
Assigning proxy ports to your account and delivering credentials instantly after payment.
Billing
Creating invoices, confirming payments, and managing renewals through WHMCS.
Fraud prevention
Detecting abuse, chargeback fraud, and misuse that would put the network or other customers at risk.
Support
Answering questions, resolving issues, and improving the reliability of the service.

How we handle proxy traffic

We do not sell, share, or inspect the content of your proxy traffic. The websites you visit and the data you route through our proxies are yours. We do not build profiles from it and we do not hand it to third parties for marketing.

To keep the network healthy and to handle abuse complaints, we retain limited connection metadata — such as timestamps and destination endpoints tied to a port — for a short period. This is used only for abuse handling, security, and legal compliance, and it is discarded on a rolling basis.

Cookies

We keep cookies to the minimum needed to run the site and remember your choices. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Essential
Session and security
Keep you signed in to your dashboard and protect against cross-site request forgery.
Preference
Language and display
Remember settings such as your chosen language (English or Russian) between visits.

Third parties

Provider Role
Payment gateway Processes your payment securely. Card details are handled by the processor, not stored by us. The processor receives the information it needs to complete the transaction.
WHMCS Our billing and client management platform, used to hold account records, invoices, and support tickets.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share it only with the providers above, or when required by law.

Data retention

Account and billing records are kept for as long as you have an active account and for the period we are legally required to retain financial records afterward.

Connection metadata is retained only briefly for abuse handling and then discarded. Support tickets are kept while they are useful for reference and support history.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the EU GDPR and the California CCPA give you rights over your personal data. We honor these rights for all customers:

Access
Request a copy of the account and billing data we hold about you.
Correction
Ask us to fix inaccurate details, or update them yourself from your profile.
Deletion
Request deletion of your data, subject to records we must keep for legal and accounting reasons.

To exercise any of these rights, reach us through our contact page. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.

Security

We protect access to accounts and billing data with authentication, encrypted connections, and access controls limited to staff who need it. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep the data we hold safe and to collect as little of it as possible.

Contact

Questions about this policy or your data? Our support team is available 24/7. See the contact page to get in touch, or review our Terms of Service.

Do you log the sites I visit through the proxy?
We do not inspect or store the content of your proxy traffic. We keep only limited connection metadata for a short time to handle abuse and meet legal obligations.
Where are my card details stored?
Card details are entered directly with our payment processor. We store invoice and payment status, not full card numbers.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Contact us through the contact page. After verifying your identity we will delete your data, except records we are legally required to keep.
