Terms of Service
These Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy below govern your purchase and use of ProxyAsap proxy services. By ordering, accessing, or using our proxies you agree to everything on this page. Please read it carefully and keep a copy for your records.
Last updated: 2 September 2026. This is a real, binding agreement — not a template placeholder — but it is written in plain language rather than legalese.
1. Introduction
ProxyAsap sells access to shared US HTTP proxies. Our current service delivers United States residential-grade IP addresses that you authenticate with a standard IP:PORT:LOGIN:PASSWORD string. Roughly 950 US IPs are available at any time, and access is provisioned automatically the moment your payment clears.
In these terms, "we", "us", and "ProxyAsap" mean the operator of the ProxyAsap service; "you" and "your" mean the person or organization that orders or uses the service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
Our proxies are meant for legitimate work such as market research, ad and price verification, SEO monitoring, brand protection, quality assurance, and privacy. You are responsible for every request that passes through your account. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate suspension:

| Fraud | Carding, payment fraud, credential stuffing, phishing, identity theft, or deceiving people or systems for financial gain. |
| CSAM | Child sexual abuse material — any involvement is reported to the appropriate authorities without notice and results in a permanent ban. |
| Hacking third parties | Unauthorized access, exploitation, vulnerability scanning, or intrusion attempts against systems you do not own or have permission to test. |
| Resale without agreement | Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing our proxies is not allowed without a written wholesale agreement — see wholesale.html. |
This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. If an activity is malicious, deceptive, or harmful to others, assume it is prohibited. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement and affected third parties.
3. Service delivery
Access is delivered instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your proxy credentials appear in your dashboard and are ready to use — there is no manual review queue for standard shared plans. Credentials are issued in the format below:
IP:PORT:LOGIN:PASSWORDBecause plans are shared, IP addresses are used by more than one customer at a time. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential; anyone who has them can use your allocation, and traffic sent through your credentials is your responsibility.
4. Payments & billing
Billing is handled through our WHMCS client area. Plans are sold on a recurring monthly basis unless a different term is shown at checkout. Invoices are generated ahead of each renewal date, and service continues for as long as invoices are paid on time.
Prices are listed on pricing.html and are quoted in US dollars. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or bank and currency-conversion fees that apply to your purchase. If an invoice is not paid by its due date, the related service may be suspended and later terminated. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your dashboard.
5. Refunds
Because proxy access is delivered instantly and consumes a limited pool of IPs, refunds are available only within a short window after purchase and only when the service does not work as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue. To request a refund, contact us as soon as possible via contact.html.
Refunds are voided by any violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, or illegal activity are not eligible for a refund, and any unused balance is forfeited. Renewal payments for service already delivered are generally non-refundable.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without prior notice, if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your traffic threatens the stability of our network or a third party, if payment fails, or if we are required to do so by law. Where it is safe and practical, we will tell you why and give you a chance to correct the problem.
Serious violations — such as CSAM, fraud, or attacks against third parties — result in immediate termination without a refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities. On termination, your right to use the service ends and remaining access is revoked.
7. Service availability
We work hard to keep the network fast and reachable and we monitor it around the clock, but proxy service is provided on a best-effort basis. Individual shared IPs may occasionally become slow, blocked by a specific destination, or temporarily unavailable, and we do not guarantee that any particular IP will work with any particular website.
We may perform maintenance, rotate IPs out of the pool, or adjust capacity to keep the service healthy. Current network state is published on status.html.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProxyAsap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the month in which the claim arose. You are solely responsible for how you use the proxies and for complying with the terms of any site or service you access through them.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time — for example, to reflect new features, legal requirements, or changes to how the service works. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
